I do not understand why this is still only $1- it has a strong pipeline which is getting better.
The last report still showed a large amount of potential wins ( Likely and 'Coved deferred')
if this were PME it would have a zero after the $1 at the very least !
(PME was recently $70 per share with a $5 B MC !)
