400 Queen St - sold for $15.75m versus book value of $18m
410 Queen St - sold for $23.8m versus book value of $31m
20 Wharf St - sold for $5.5m versus book value of $6.4m

All three assets sold at an overall 18% discount to book value.

Dissapointing yes, but with a NTA of 38 cents i will happily cop this

and yes, NTA is hardly an accurate determinant of value in this market

but looking at the NTA and then looking at how discounted the actual asset realisations are is a pretty good start
