You may want to run your eye over those book value figures you used because they are independent valuations not book values.There were 4 properties held for sale with a combined book value of $55m.If you add up the the sale price of the 3 sold properties you mentioned the total sale value is $45m with 1 property still for sale that has an independent valuation of $11.5m and if you use the same discount as the other 3 properties we are on the money.
