I don't see mining the deposit open cut as that big a deal.
A back of an envelope estimate using 40t trucks:
~100,000t ore = ~20,000t finished anode
100,000t = 2,500 loads x 40t (truck loads)
100 days per year mining campaign for 2500 loads = 25loads per day.
2 x 40t trucks = ~1 truck load per hour.
4-5 x 40t trucks + 2 x excavators and ancillary equipment (dozers, graders, loaders) and you're building haul roads as you go.
Any small mining contractor could manage this easily.
I don't see mining the deposit open cut as that big a deal....
