Big ask for it to go down below $1. Big capital raise was done at $1.45. It could go down to $1.30.
Depends how long before next announcement. The thing is Mitsui is still in. They got heaps of experience with startup deals. They gonna want that 20%, but that's fine. Just make sure you don't pay more than the CR. Don't expect Mitsui to pay more than $1.50 now.

They have done deals before where LKAB was involved. Could be Mitsui is saying we don't need LKAB. Still it would have been more smooth with LKAB on board. Legally Sweden will have to give really good reason to deny the permits. But they can delay it, as they have done. Still thinking they want something in return for this massive resource, can't see them giving it away for free to a Australian company. Just weird the statement we need to go to court in AGM.

We still need a local mining company, so I'm expecting a LOI with another miner. Don't understand why it took a year with no result. Surly we knew early on what LKAB wanted. Maybe MT was expecting a better share price at this stage to negotiate better terms.
