The font size of the disclaimer is deliberately set out to get people to ignore it. Why is their logo 4x the size and placed twice on the disclaimer page?

I can accept the above if they earned $0 and had no vested interest but they have the most to gain in the price increase and are getting paid monthly!

GMC had the responsibility to make the disclosure in the announcement, not rely on people reading page 12 in a font size clearly set out to manipulate people. This matter needs to be referred to the ASX because people acquiring decision is been influenced and there will be a material effect on prices.
