To exercise the options you need to outlay $0.005 and at $0.004 would make them more expensive than the heads. Once the heads move beyond $0.009 then you'll see the options move upwards, in the meantime it's probably not worth selling them unless you bought them below $0.004, which I doubt there are too many.
