It's not so much a question of insolvency but how much is actually necessary to raise ? and at what price?

The declared need for a $400grand EGM to identify viable targets.
The obvious "pandering to" Grafex and their $500k "buy" payment.
5 Tenements spread out all over the Mozambique countryside.Obviously this is why they want the $400k EGM survey.

Thus drill "targets" are identified but they still need to actually finance such drilling and THEN get them analysed and such analysis has to be Positive.
Time,fluxmaster,for a long term investment such time is Risk let alone Finance of it.

but oh no we got all these heart throb "experts" who don't give a dang about Long Term Holding.They just wanna Momentum Junkie on a buy today and next week sell at say 9/12 cents etc blah blah.

Anyhow FluxMaster you may not be very very au fait with the current Graphite "scene" and may be happy to push the could Be the next SYR Angle for a 20/50% from 6 cent play

but the FA and TA of TON is pretty "objectively" hopeless currently for any long term holding scenario imho.

$4mil to pay Grafex,Do EGM, and then Drill and Operate for 6 months?
