There is a legal agreement to sign off. A friend of mine who is a director of a Singapore listed company has to sign a legal agreement. He can't read much English and pc savvy, so I downloaded the agreement in my USB stick while we were both travelling in Turkey. When we came back to Singapore, I accompanied him to the lawyers office to sign the agreement. I gave my USB to him as I didn't want to know the content just in case troubles down the track. I didn't even ask him how much money he got paid.
