Although I wouldn't say the LOI is dead, as at this stage it hasn't been disolved, the feeling I am getting it is not high on the list of TON's priorities and the ball has probably been put back in SQ's court, if it does go ahead it will likely be on different terms ...

TON has a facility, if they choose to use it, for the near term low cost revenue producing projects and as the DFS is now due in the 2nd Q 2016 and revenue from NH 4th Q 2017 there is no rush for major funding at this stage anyway.

There has been a change of priorities with near term revenue coming first and production on a larger scale being entered into at a manageable pace more attuned to demand going forward...very sensible IMO

All good from my perspective...
