Equity Financing does not need a DFS to "Validate" it only Debt Financing esp by Third Parties.
There is a "Dynamic" of share consolidation of current register say 1:2 or even 1:3 [depends if TON goes over 500k]
but a consolidation that is then matched by a London Float and Dual Listing could be the Avenue for Triton to do a Full Equity Capex next year.

YXGC and GK would have to be Proven Staunch not just "advancing in talks" for such a Dual Listing to have any chance IMO.

ANYway 3/3 btw be afraid, very afraid when bluesdog 'nips' at you. He permanently suspended Martis for "erratic" up ramping. Made Martis publicly admit he didn't own a Yacht OR his own private Island
Also recently there's been a "scandal" of multi nicks being logged on for the boosting of followers to get Some, a Heart status to aid their credibility of PR Spin.

Watch out Uprampers. Bluesdog is a CVI veteran. Being sicced onto Promoter/Pumpers is his forte.
