The thing that stands out to me on these two deals is the obvious bargaining power we seem to have with our Graphite, I'm sure YXGC could have and probably would have liked to have done this venture themselves, why would they need us other than as a supplier.

However with our existing off takes we will have a stand alone business already so thats put us in a position to bargain on supplies and deals going forward, hence if you want our graphite you can have it but in return we want a slice of the upstream benefits.

I like the way this is shaping up, the world is going to have to change it's w
ays with regards to the enviroment, now that change is starting to show up
and graphite will play it's part. The Dragon are masters of being ahead of the game and looking at the longterm picture and like with oil, agriculture and other commodities they are scouring the world for good supplies to look after their vast population.
