because the quarterly been a forum that key announcement have been made. wasn't it the last quarterly that noted there would be no mobilisation before wet season?
while I'm not expecting and new announcements I am also open to using past performance to judge future performance. probably a more reliable metric that someone sounding in good spirits during a phone call.
