Ring up the company or send an email. I think it is trying to say shares cant be issed for less than the minimum price. Because if it is true in what it is saying then shares would be issued all the time at the market price, there no need to have a minimum price at all. Why mention it. Needs to be corrected with announcement by the company. Brad in the BRR was saying the shares cant be issued below the minimum. He used 30 cents as an example of market price (wishfull thinking) and had the minimum price at 26 cents. So really the company is going to offer around 15% discount, that's normally what happens with a proper placement.
