Hi Jackarooz I have TG on ignore so I'm not sure of the context but there is a discount ( to be decided) on the market price for the off-take agreement and a floor of $750t after paying the debt off as I read it..
I don't know why you keep feeding him, his motives are obvious, however thats your choice.
