They cannot and will not come out with a headline rate. It will be a variable rate facility, with more than likely 30/60 days resets (pricing off bills). It is the margin over bills that is the only number of relevance, even then in the scheme of things (and how quickly the cash flow can repay the debt) it is not going to be a material driver on NPV.
