Always thought the licenses were already baked in, has rung true.

With no real pop from todays Ann, the only likely upside I see from here will be post CR, and the market seems to agree.

The glossy pres. last week, this Ann, strap yourself in and get ready to pony up if, IF, retail players get a bat. They usually don't, sophinstos will have already been canvassed, they're the ones who've been selling, knowing all to well they'll access the fresh stock at a discount.
