    This announcement is good news for the Company.

    The deal closes a chapter in TON's long history after first entering into a binding term sheet with Grafex in June 2012 to acquire the rights to graphite tenements.

    It also shows Sheffield is not getting free shares in TON Mark II for the remaining 20%.

    The deal also recognises the initial value Sheffield received when TON Mark I failed to complete the initial attempt in 2015/16 to purchase the remaining 20% of Grafex for $5M cash and $5M shares.
