Once the phase two trials are complete, the company will be able to engage with the FDA. Once the FDA approves the treatment, which is hihgly likely as the results have been released as part of the open plan phase two study, the door opens for commercial discussions. There is no phase 3 required for medical technology, once phase 2 is complete that is it and phase 2 would have less than 90 patients to test.
