I am sure the ROW deal will be the same for 2591 which is essentially a non-compete. It cannot be released for used in conditions Trofinetide has been approved for.
It's also a long way off. They may go for a most favoured nations clause so they get access to the molecule at the relevant market price.
I just can't see a big upfront as part of this deal (though I wish for one).
I am of the suspicion that Acadia might run a trial in parallel in Japan and Europe to bolster data and go for expedited approval globally. If they are bullish and looking for major growth that is the play.
