This announcement would’ve somewhat been priced in as it’s a known event, the only thing not known would’ve been the timing of the announcement. Which then again wouldn’t have that much of an impact on the SP.
What wouldn’t of been known would’ve been the language used by the Acadia CEO indicating that they need to “return” Daybue to growth which would lead one to believe sales aren’t where they would want them to be.
Still keeping an eye on this one as taking a position based on future development of 2591 interests me.
