Thanks @hottod - if the words were “get back to growth in new patient starts” then the price action seems massively overblown - we could potentially see an increase in revenue as well as slowly increasing active patient numbers even if new patient starts was to remain flat. And the point being made is that Acadia will be heavily investing to ensure that the next stage of growth in the US will occur (as well as the separate EU submission getting things moving over there).
