IGO say they have "thoroughly reviewed its obligations under the relevant agreements"
I don't know how confident I'd be in their ability to review anything too deeply, considering this is the same board/team (excluding Vella) that in the past ~3-4 years have had a string of due diligence fails trying to get a successful M&A put away, in all of WSA, PAN and NCZ.
