It's not only the exposure, but what it says about the current MD. I'd have thought that it should be IGO (seller) who indemnified RRL (buyer) since it was IGO who was the counterparty to the Royalty Agreement with South32. Furthermore, RRL overpaid for the acquisition and destroyed shareholder value.
