At the moment with a sp of $0.125 it is trading a bit over cash balance...with no value/consideration to the underground mining project.

the 154k oz will be mined as part of the underground project. With gold currently at around AUD $2700, thats around AUD $400m worth of gold. Assuming they make around AUD $1000/oz after opex, that makes approx AUD $154m.
