I am guessing shorters. There is nothing else that would make sense. Institutional investors suffered a major hit today, especially those that subscribed to the placement. I am surprised they aren't even trying to hold up the price, because if it keeps on this trend, Troy won't get the $10m that they want from existing shareholders and the institutions may not even get a return on their investment in the near term.
Let's hope management has near-term plans to communicate the great results of recent exploration and how much better off Troy is as a result of these results, the placement and hopefully reducing cash costs and increasing commodity prices.
