I think you make some great high level points and I agree with most.

Where I am at, and I know a number of other investors are at (most non hotcopper posters), is the lack of faith that Jeremy has shown enough to think that he is the right person to take this company forward.

Some JR advocates on here will clearly disagree, and that's okay, but I'm on the opinion that he lacks certain key components.
Has anyone here actually watch a webinar or presentation that he has done? He comes across as lacking motivation, drive, leadership, all which I'm sure he possesses but doesn't portray.

I'm invested and in complete belief of the potential here, I just think that there needs to be some improvement in managements performance.

Example, a lot more could have been done with the rare earths projects whilst Kincora was doing their component.

Anyway, hoping for some positive updates over the next few weeks covering Cummins Range and LFB.
