Interesting article on PPS in the Financial Review re a possible takeover target. It probably has little relevance to OVH because of some large individual holders on the register who will need a lot of convincing to part with their shares. Also OVH is not a pure play in the platform business.
However it will be interesting if anything develops with PPS and what sort of premium buyers may be willing to pay. See the PPS thread to access the article.
