There has been a fair bit of negativity with recent posts. Non- contingent means exactly that. It's a better outcome than having a wrangle in a year or two's time to pay the remaining 8 mill. It seems a far better settlement than anyone has suggested over the last few days. As a previous poster said... awesome outcome!
