The profits are taxed in SA and there exists a treaty with SA to prevent double taxation.
I have confirmed with the company that profit repatriated to Australia attract no Australian tax. However this is for the company.
When it flows to shareholder i believe this would be tax free up to the company tax rate after which tax is payable on the difference between the shareholder's marginal rate and tax rate paid by JMS.
