Still confused about "net of all taxes". Here is what Investopedia defines it to mean...… QUOTE Net of tax is most commonly calculated by taking gross figures, like the cash collected from the sale of an asset, and subtracting the taxes paid. UNQUOTE.
So does this mean the monies received by JMS and to be paid to us as a divvy has already been taxed somewhere ( South Africa ??) whilst in the hands of Tshipi before distributing to JMS? Are we going to be taxed again ( Luxembourg/Australia) ?
