Just to clarify for everyone, the escrowed shares belong to so called "Existing Shareholders" at the time of the company's listing ( who accounted for over 80% of all shares at the time of listing) and are already factored into the total shares on issue, being about 1.95 billion. Escrowed shares ( first tranche) will be released around mid 2019. With the exception of Investec, I don't believe any of these Existing Shareholders have sold down to date and with the share price at 35c given the % yield based on this price its pretty hard to imagine a further sell down on release of these escrowed shares. I mean, where else can you get such a return as we are currently experiencing. If the strategy of no growth but excellent divvy yield does not sit well with them ( possibly accounting for Investec's sale) then they have had plenty of time to sell out also.
