I also agree that it is prudent to keep some cash on the side as an expansion of Tshipi operations may require some type of capital raising from the owners (which probably cannot be advertised but may be discussed behind closed doors) and/or for other opportunities.
Having said that a dividend somewhere between 1.0-1.5c would be terrific.
