TSN was trading as QED for a major portion of that particular reporting hence TSN can only show a percentage of the total amount for the period.
With regards to risk factor, as far as I understand it the biggest risk is that an unreasonably small offer might come along and in the event of a shareholders vote, could be accepted. There are some pretty big investors in UK/Europe and who knows how they might see things.
This co is IMHO, very well run. They have been steadily building solid foundations for a fairly long time. Ni sticky tape anywhere!
