Its now a done deal and overall it provides long term security and a healthy dividend. Their debt will be one of the lowest in the infrastructure sector and with the current market termoil its not a bad place to have some funds parked.

There would be some who may sell a proportion of their existing holding to take up the rights and this could produce some temporary weakness maybe to the mid 70's - then again there could be others sitting on the side who will see the temporary weakness as an oportunity to increase their holding or take a position.
