Thus is indeed very Welcome and Very Good News.We at TSI are fully supportive of this acquisition and see value in it.

Gary and I also had a long chat over the weekend and we have cleared the air and any disconnects between TSI India and TSN.

We agreed that a lot of water has flowed under the brudge and its in both the entities best interest to move forward with more transparency and shared outcomes.

I think we are both clear on our entities objectives having a natural alignment.
