I will be the first to admit, I've been a little disappointed and underwhelmed by the markets reaction to our aquisition. Sitting here at the same sp as prior to the announcement is bewildering, I felt for sure we would rerate to around the 1.5 mark. Let's hope the positive news keeps coming and the market realizes we are on the move.

1 Another positive cashflow aquisition
2 NOV platform uptake generates income
3 TSI and TSN get leveraged into each others markets
4 TSI becomes next aquisition june 2018 as sp hits 7c

400mill share dilution raising 24mill at 6c providing a nice discount and 26 mill funded, provides a nice round figure of 50mill...share price surges to 11c by sept and everybody is happy.
