A few days ago I mentioned what the standout for me was in the recent announcement (refer to page 3 of the announcement below) i.e., the powerful cross selling opportunities that TSN see for products in to India and TSI's products and services into TSN's existing Australian bank relationships. I'm very interested in the latter.

What are TSI's products and services that we know about?

    * ATM Management - brown and white label.
    * ATM Deployment - brown and white label.
    * E-Surveillance - ATMs, with potential opportunities to offer product to bank branches and retail outlets.
    * Energy Management - ATMs, with potential opportunities to offer product to bank branches and retail outlets.
    * Loyalty and Rewards - broad potential opportunities here.

So, my question is all of this dependent on TSN acquiring TSI India right now?

Could TSI's products and services be introduced to TSN's Australian bank and institution clients with the potential to move into Asia over time?

A possibility? I hope that's on their radar.

    Benefit to TSI India?

TSI India only have business operations in India at present. This could potentially open up other avenues for TSI to move into Australia and potentially Asia over time. TSI's reach could automatically expand. I've listed five branches that TSI have operations in, but those branches have other sub branches that are yet to be tapped into. Once this acquisition is complete, TSN could potentially take their business pitch over to TSI, once they own 100% of a cyber security business where potential cross selling opportunities could become a possibility. Another benefit to TSI is that if those cross selling opportunities were to materialise, the value of TSI could increase over time and vice versa with re to TSN. If no one is any hurry to buy or sell TSI India, this could certainly present significant value medium to long term for both parties.
