For me another warning sign is the branching out from their area of expertise. Cyber security? Any other buzzwords they can throw around? Medicinal marijuana next?

The tsi purchase being back on the cards seems like genuinely good news. These guys know that business well and shareholders have reason to believe that management have a good chance of growing that business and making it pay. I am not claiming to be a great investor but this potential branching out is worrying. Hopefully they just buy tsi and put all their energy into that. Good luck holders.
