Jeffro, I’d advise never to send an extremely harsh email to Jeff, rather, send a well thought out emailonly stating facts, without any emotion.
Managing Directors prefer to make contact with non emotional people and my advice is to call them. I pick up the phone and call them. I’m yet to speak to any TSN management but I do think it’s getting close.
