I'm just happy that positive EBITDA is a criteria for the future. I'm liking the noise in this announcement, TSI still on the radar and a chance we get involved in 2 companies that are actually generating positive cash flow. Due Diligence of companies the size we would be looking at shouldn't take that long, especially considering most discussions with management have already confirmed that discussions were already taking place.
