So many possibilities ..as you say, the game has changed so it is a bit hard to know what is happening behind the scenes ....... knowing Gary has 10% makes me feel more comfortable though I must admit!
They can shop around for other offers but we still have first right of refusal until end of April is my understanding - ie same as yours. In effect I still see it as exclusivity but I agree that is not technically correct.
I will be surprised if we hear anything tomorrow so probably "down to the wire" late next week before we will know anything more ... the waiting is frustrating but I have learnt by now that things move very ,very slowly in India!
