    I would guess mainly (if not exclusively) between the CEO & CFO .... my understanding from the Roadshows (which I didn't attend) was that these were the 2 people who came from India and so they are probably the key men and so, by definition, the ones that TSN want to ensure stick around long term if they buy the remaining 75% of TSI.
    Just my opinion though.
