You need to be fair here. Most of us speculated that TSN would seek higher ownership for a while. Direct from TenX post of 28 June:

"I am happy to share one aspect of my conversation with management. And that is if TSN is going to participate in expanding its ownership of TSI, then I will do every thing humanly possible in my power to ensure that any such raising is conducted off market and done with friendly institutional cornerstone shareholders. The reason....because that will force any one else looking to get into this story will need to buy on market. And many of those watching from the sidelines today thinking they are going to get a shot at a huge cap raise, will be greatly disappointed in my opinion"

I am just as positive people who went to the roadshow advised there was no gag order at the time. I never went, but will try and find the post if you like as my memory is not what it used to be.
