Fully agree with you, Perseus looks cheap at the current price level. Based on the chart I would expect the low being at ~31, at least to me a good buying opportunity.
Biggest uncertainty for me is how market will react in case they would put development on hold.
In any case Management did an excellent job in the last quaters and I fully trust in them.
