I get your point. I don't deny that not much is different than last week (was it Friday's?) report. However, as evidenced by this thread, people didn't read or didn't notice the detail of that.
And my point was that if CTP hadn't mentioned Surprise (with two Rs) in this report, as has happened in the past, some people would likely accuse them of distractions, flip flopping and so on.
CTP can do more than one thing at a time, but many times in the past people have presumed that when they talk about one thing it means they have stopped doing another thing. So, in an attempt to avoid today's announcement regarding the TSX as a distraction for Surprise, they have made mention of it. And now for mentioning Surprise they are again receiving complaints.
Damned if they do, Damned if they don't.
