An interesting thing to ponder is that 180M number in the new shares being allocated to these people. That is likely contingent on current share price being around 15c, so it wouldn't be in their interest to push price higher right now to maximize the number of shares they receive. However it does mean they are precariously close to being able to gain a >50% stake in the company and thus controlling it outright.

There is consistent support to push share price back to 15c by someone (Karp and co?) so as to not let their # of shares going to these NZ guys get too crazy, but not much support above 15c right now, which could indicate at least 180M shares is wanted by the NZ guys. Why would such a number be wanted regardless of price? Only one reason that makes sense to me.

There may be some demand for those ~100M shares not owned by either party. Imagine getting backdoored by New Zealanders, the sheep jokes.
