This is up there with the dumbest acquisition ideas of this decade.

Are you seriously telling me that there are no less risky, possibly even earnings accretive gold and silver operations available in Australia for 80 million MKR shares?

This is literally the best possible acquisition they could make with that amount of shares? In the entire world?

So we are going to get roped into this risky and unproven project, with massive capital required to get it off the ground (They might say they have interested finance partners). But the reality is we are going to get forced to participate in multiple capital raisings to fund this adventure.

This reeks ro me of an attempt at distraction, as they certainly havent delivered on a lot of what they promised in the IPO.

Get your own house in order first, then look at bolting on some sensible acquisitions which provide at least some level of synergy.

If this was really that red hot of an opportunity then the current owners would have put together an IPO and that would have been many times over subscribed.

I am starting to warm up to the idea of Karp being incompetent dreamer.

I am away with work atm but I think I will be bailing on this investment as soon as I am home and looking at it again if this deal falls through. Have been invested since IPO and topped up regularly since. I was a believer in the long term story but this is just an unforgiveable unforced error imo.
