I didn't expect any news for the rest of the year. Not sure whether this acquisition is part of the plan before CR.

Just spent a few minuting browsing their website. It seems that this is a proper business and they already have some existing products and customers despite its small size.

To me it's a great step for the future long-term growth after the US acquisition. I notice that they mention immediate revenue in the coming year after this acquisition in this announcement.

Now Titomic has its base in both Europe and US. Hopefully we can see a steady positive growth trajectory in the coming years and see more revenue from various customers.

At this stage, despite the general market correction we should already see the bottom of the SP. Just wait and see when the sentiment can completely turn around.
