@toolie Good points. Would add;
- why not use capacity at Melb. as opposed to set up costs for new factory?
- Where in Australia is the built and what is then share of costs / revenue?
- Will production commence only once the new factory is set up?
- Has the part(s) been validated and will HQ produce parts in the interim for the JV?
Good announcement, but devil is always in the detail which is not articulated in this announcement.
